A lustrous and sparkling tsumami-zaiku headpiece, featuring a hydrangea in shades of blue. Accompanied by a sparkling, hand-painted butterfly and swaying rain drops, this headpiece is truly magical. This piece was inspired by the Japanese rainy season (Tsuyu) in early summer, when hydrangeas are in full bloom.
This headpiece is made with lightweight Habutae silk (8 momme) fabric, which has a soft lustre on the surface. The fabric was carefully cut before intricately folded into petals and leaves to create delicate details. The petals were then mounted to create the hydrangea, butterfly, and raindrops, which were then decorated with faux pearls and rhinestones.
Dazzling and intricate, this piece is alluring and elegant. It is perfect for woodland themed parties, showers, and weddings.
This headpiece is mounted onto a silver colour comb and is best suited for updos with volume.
Please keep the piece dry. Do not wash. Remove dust with a clean brush.
