You have 14 days by the consumer’s right in UK law, from receiving your orders physically to notify us if you wish to cancel your order and return your items for a full refund. This cooling off period will expire after 14 days. Once you have notified us, you have another 14 days to return your orders to us. You will be responsible for paying for the cost of return postage.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; Earrings; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. We are not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us via email firstname.lastname@example.org by a clear statement of your decision to cancel the order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, PayPal or other original method of payment, within 14 days. The amount we refund will be the total amount you paid us.
For international orders that paid in other currencies, we have no control over the amounts issued by PayPal and banks due to exchange rates and bank charges.
If the order has not been sent when you notify us to cancel an order, we will provide a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the notification of cancellation.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You have the consumer’s right to return items if they develop a fault within six months of receipt of the items. Due to the complex making process of our handmade accessories, we may be able to repair or replace for the same item if they are faulty.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.
If you are returning more expensive items such as large headpieces, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
