Try a new craft and make your own festive decor for your tree this Christmas. Learn tsumami zaiku and have fun making this pretty snowflake.

In this 3-hour workshop, we will be making a festive snowflake decoration with cotton fabric using Tsumami Zaiku, a traditional Japanese craft originated in the Edo period. You will learn two basic folding techniques and how to put together the snowflake.

All tools and materials will be provided, and all fabric will be pre-cut for you. You can choose your own combination of colours and embellishments from the fabric and trimmings provided. If you or your loved ones want to try a new craft and love to create, this will be a great way to spend your afternoon.
