Full of sophistication and grace, Akiho is a headpiece that features traditional autumn motifs with deep, striking colours. Akiho features a large Chrysanthemum in vivid red colour, accompanied by nine small balloon flowers (platycodon) in shades of blue and bushclover branches. The arrangement of the piece was inspired by the Tsukimi Festival which honours the full moon of mid-autumn.
Akiho is made with lightweight cotton lawn fabric, which was carefully cut and intricately folded into petals to create delicate details. The petals were then assembled into flowers and leaves to create the headpiece. Rhinestones, gold-colour wire, and millinery stamens are used for embellishment, adding sparkles to the piece.
Refined and elegant, Akiho is perfect for woodland or garden themed parties, showers, and weddings.
This headpiece is mounted onto a silver colour comb and is best suited for updos with volume.
Please keep the piece dry. Do not wash. Remove dust with a clean brush.
